BeltPartner is a belt wholesaler, so we do not sell directly to consumers. If you send us an email, we can check where the nearest retail sales point for our products is in your area.
I want to claim warranty on a product from your collection, what should I do?
We request that you report this complaint to the sales point of the item. They can resolve it for you and will contact us if necessary.

BeltPartner supplies to retailers and online web shops throughout Europe for resale. Are you interested in selling our products? Feel free to request a B2B account or schedule an appointment with one of our representatives.
Ordering
I see that a certain item is out of stock, when will it arrive?
We receive new stock from the factories we work with every week. You often do not have to wait long if an item is out of stock. Do you want to be sure? Please contact us to find out when we expect an item again.
When do you ship an order free of charge?
Within the Netherlands, we ship orders from €300 free of charge and to Belgium we ship orders from €500 free of charge. Different rates apply in the rest of Europe.
Defects
We have received our order but something is missing, what now?
If you have not received an ordered item or have received the wrong item, please contact us so that we can see what the most convenient solution is in this case.
An item is defective, will you solve this?
Depending on whether the defect was caused by a manufacturing error or by wear and tear through use, we will determine whether we can offer a solution. Please contact us to discuss.
